Thoughts to guide us by (February 2018)

In this age of predominantly stressed-out and unhappy hearts, let us look at the heart of a child. Precious insights can be gleaned, learned, and adapted by adults on what makes a child happy.

A child’s heart is pure, devoid of emotional baggage! It doesn’t harbor negative feelings as they are dropped easily as they come! The longer negative emotions are held – pains and hurts are prolonged, the burden heavier, hearts taxed unnecessarily, our well-being compromised!

A child’s heart is simple. Inarguably, with simple needs ... easily pleased, relaxed. A relaxed person is more prone to laughter. Hoho hahaha! The blood pressure and heart rate are normal, the state of happiness come untrammeled.  Happiness is a state of mind, it can be willed, can be developed.  Happiness is a decision one can everyday make!

A child’s sense of humor is much stronger, laughs at almost anything, even at himself – about 50 times more than adults! A happy heart is a loving heart. Endures sadness, opens one’s soul, eases pain. Share, give love and happiness ... they come back to the giver multiple times... making daily grind lighter, vibrant, hahahappy!

Peace, safety, abundance to us all!
