DLSU organizes forum on digital tech communication

MANILA, Philippines — Dr. Anthony Tang, an associate professor of the Department of Computer Science at Canada’s University of Calgary, recently held a talk entitled “Designing Ubiquitous Collaboration: Tools for Anytime, Anywhere Work.” The forum tackled effective tools for discussion, analysis and decision-making for information with colocated and distributed team members. Tang leads the RICELab (Rethinking Interaction, Collaboration and Engagement) group, which focuses on human-computer interaction, computer-supported cooperative work and ubiquitous computing with applications in digital workrooms, augmented reality, and mobile computing.
