'Mind your health: Nurture your relationships' forum

MANILA, Philippines - Developing a healthy mind is much like cultivating a relationship: both are works-in-progress. Psychiatrists at The Medical City (TMC) believe that education is a means to ensure mature relationship – if we can adopt mental wellness as a way of life, having wonderfully healthy relationship is definitely within our grasp.

In this light, a lay forum entitled “Mind Your Health: Nurture your relationship” will be held at TMC’s Hospital Conference Room on Feb. 27, Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 12 noon. Everyone is invited, and admission is free.
