Didal mag-eensayo sa Hoops Dome sa Lapu-Lapu City
MANILA, Philippines — Mayroon nang inihandang training facility ang Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) para kay top Pinay skateboarder Margielyn Didal.
Sinabi ni PSC Officer-In-Charge (OIC) Ramon Fernandez na inaayos nila ang pag-eensayo ng Cebuana star sa Hoops Dome sa Lapu-Lapu City na wala sa enhanced community quarantine (ECQ).
Kasalukuyang nasa (ECQ) ang Cebu City bunga ng coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic.
“We’ve chosen the Hoops Dome in Lapu-Lapu City. They have a skatepark beside the coliseum,” wika ni Fernandez kay Didal na nakatira sa Lahug, Cebu. “So I’ve requested passes for her from Gen. (Albert) Ferro, the PNP Region 7 Director.”
Ituturing ding superstar ang 21-anyos na skater sa kanyang pagpunta sa Lapu-Lapu City para magsanay.
“She will be escorted by the PNP people to bring her to Lapu-Lapu City. Ihahatid-sundo siya ng mga pulis doon para makapag-training siya for five hours a day,” wika ng PSC OIC.
Isa si Didal sa mga naghahangad ng tiket sa 2021 Olympic Games sa Tokyo, Japan bukod kina 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympics silver medal winner Hidilyn Diaz ng weight- lifting, Fil-Japanese Kiyomi Watanabe at Nesthy Petecio ng boxing.
Nauna nang nakakuha ng Oympics berth sina gymnast Carlos Edriel Yulo, pole vaulter Ernest John Obiena at boxers Eumir Felix Marcial at Irish Magno.
