Thoughts to guide us by

MANILA, Philippines — As we now walk in the valley of life, bravely facing and hurdling the unprecedented difficulties and challenges this pandemic has wrought upon us, may this Lenten month help us reflect on our redemption. To remind us of the passion and suffering our Lord Jesus Christ willingly went through for our salvation.

Believe that faith and determination can replace whatever fears and future uncertainties we have. That clearer skies, brighter days shall inevitably come, no matter how hard the storms may batter us. God’s grace and love will sustain us, give strength when feeling weak, courage when fearful, hope when feeling despair. Feeling alone? Don’t be, for as a song goes, “Walk with faith in your heart, and you’ll never walk alone…” God is with us all the time, for all time!

He will never abandon us, even when the world seems to turn upside down. His omnipresence is eternal. Believe! Have faith for there is miracle in infinite faith that can make good things happen.
