PROCLAMATION NO. 168

RESERVING FOR WHARF SITE PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CARMEN, PROVINCE OF CEBU, ISLAND OF CEBU.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for wharf site purposes, under the administration of the municipality of Carmen, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the municipality of Carmen, Province of Cebu, Island of Cebu. Containing an area of 8.9501 hectares.

Surveyed: December 16, 1936. Approved: May 10, 1937. It was issued on June 27, 1937.

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATION IN THE BARRIO OF LUYANG, MUNICIPALITY OF CARMEN, PROVINCE OF CEBU, ISLAND OF CEBU.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and-forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Bureau of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Luyang, municipality, of Carmen, Province of Cebu, Island of Cebu

Done at the City of Manila, this seventeenth day of December, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and thirty-eight, and of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, the fourth.
