SILENT STREETS. A man who always went out to celebrate the Sinulog festival every year was heartbroken when he saw how empty the streets in Cebu City’s downtown area were yesterday.

“Hala oy, mora man ko’g kahilakon. Daghan man ta mamiyesta unya karon halos wa may tawo,” he told The EAR.
