Whining about P13 billion

GIVE IT BACK. After hearing news that PhilHealth said they would lose P13 billion this year after the order was given to defer the increase in premium collections, a man said the agency should not forget the P15 billion allegedly pocketed by corrupt PhilHealth officials.

“I-uli na inyong gikurakot nga P15 billion oy! Mao nay ibayad. Naa pay salin nga P2 billion!” he was heard saying.
