Heartless online teacher

An alleged online teacher in a university in Cebu City was caught on a video dressing down a student for not having a strong internet connectivity. He was screaming at the top of his lungs, questioning the student why the student enrolled if he had no strong internet connectivity. The video spread like wildfire online and immediately drew reactions, mostly flak. “Is it the student’s problem or mistake if he has the gadget, has wifi, but the connection is not that strong?” an observer said.
