Thoughts to guide us by

With the long quarantine periods we have been having, aggravated by news left and right of rampant corruption and violence, how can we achieve a mind full of peace? No wonder, cases of depression and anxiety abound!

In times like these, we must help ourselves rise above this extra challenging situation. Change the mental attitude! Revamp our thinking to a relaxed attitude by accepting the difficult, harsh reality happening around us. It’s a hard struggle, but it can be done.

Practice the habit of emptying the mind of fears, worries, insecurities, regrets, guilt feelings... it gives much-needed relief.

Make it a healthy habit every night to drop all worries, negative thoughts that seep in the conscious mind during the day. “Forgetting those things that are behind...” Refill the mind with healthy, happy, safe, peaceful, positive thoughts. Smile!

Never let the mind entertain concepts of the worst... for the thoughts put into the mind grow there. Think and expect only the BEST. The mind will find... what the mind expects.

Peace, good health, safety and abundance to us all!
