Prisoners’ way of cooling off

LADIES’s DUSTER. Because of too much heat in their cell, at least three prisoners in a Metro Manila jail were seen wearing ladies’ dusters. They say it’s cool and wearing it does not violate any laws. The Ear informer said the prison officials permitted this after noting the rise of skin disease among the inmates in that particular cell.

* CONDITION. The prison chief said it’s okay but "hanggang diyan lang." Don’t do to the extent of wearing woman’s underwear. "Baka mapahiya tayo niyan," the prison boss said.
