Thoughts to guide us by ( For November 2019)

Elvie Punzalan-Estavillo - The Philippine Star

Everyone can feel the pervading worry, fear, even anxiety on what tomorrow and the future will bring... as we look at the worldwide economic landscape severely hit by financial tsunami. Worsened even more by the string of natural calamities that struck many countries, like ours!

The most recent earthquakes in Mindanao jolted, severely damaged, and rendered homeless thousands of our sisters and brothers in Mindanao. It is a grim reality that we all must contend with – but not catastrophic enough for us to lose hope, but to persistently pray for the situations to be better. Being persistent on what we hope can produce positive results and strength of its own! For “hope springs eternal.”

In these perilous times, let us help and be the cheering rays of light, love, and hope to others in dire situations. To inspire and give them courage... though the road maybe uphill, rugged, stony. Together, let us reach out to alleviate their situations, and pray that these shall come to pass very soon ...

Peace, good health, safety and abundance to us all!
