BUTANGE! An EAR source said a butane refilling business in Cebu City seems to be carrying on as usual. How does the source know it’s a butane refilling business? Because the store is located just beside a main road where many vehicles pass by.

This isn’t all. According to the source, about twice a day a motorcycle with boxes of empty butane canisters comes to drop its load. Again, all within view of vehicular traffic.
