Man “separates” from group during elections

PALS, POLS, AND THE POLLS. An EAR source said that before any election his high school alumni group has this practice of supporting and endorsing a candidate, even if not all of them are in agreement.

He said despite his pleas to remain for the group to remain neutral to respect the opinions of others, they still support some candidates anyway. This is why he distances himself from his group during campaign period, but reconnects with them after.

“Ambot ana nila oy, mangusog man og kampanya, wa lang sa koy labot,” he told The EAR.
