LET OFF. A disabled man in a jeepney asked the driver to let him off at a corner in downtown Cebu City. However, the driver said it was a no-stopping zone and there was a traffic enforcer nearby.

The disabled man told him it was okay as long as the enforcer could see it was a Person With Disability getting off the vehicle. So that was what they did. Sure enough, the traffic enforcer let it slide.

"Wa ko nagtuo nga pwede ra diay makahunong bisan asa kung PWD ang manaog," the driver later told The EAR.
