Don't ever vote for trapos and drug-linked bets
In choosing your candidates today, do not commit the mistake of voting evil ones who will rob the barangay coffers, falsify receipts, create ghost projects, and encourage drugs, illegal gambling, and cybercrimes in your communities. Choose decent men and women who have no selfish agenda. Do not re-elect most of the incumbents who are either rascals from the beginning or have been "rascalized." They are unworthy. It is outrageous to vote them. Reject all these evils in our society. Punish them by deleting their names.
Do not ever support a member of a family dynasty. Family dynasties abet corruptions, exacerbate social injustice, and deprive the people of a wide array of choices in better-qualified candidates. Tell your mayor and congressman that you do not approve of his dictating whom to elect by bribing them with a bridge, waiting shed, or multi-purpose hall. Break away from traditional politics. Support the non-partisan bets without any political baggage, and with no record of graft or crime. If they give you money, execute an affidavit and report them to Comelec or DILG. Declare war against the scoundrels and slay the tentacles of the scalawags.
Who are the scoundrels and scalawags? They are the bets who buy your votes and connive with mayors to deal with unscrupulous contractors and suppliers, rig public biddings, falsify public documents, and rob the barangays of much-needed funds. Barangays smell dirty because garbage money was stolen. Alleys and sidewalks are being squatted on and traffic is horrendous because barangay leaders collect bribes from poor vendors who exacerbate the traffic and sanitation problems in our barangays.
And a word about the SK. Know who are just dummies of their parents who are also in barangay and municipal politics. These innocent and pure souls are being polluted by their own elders, being taught how to go about making money the easy way by dipping their hands into the SK funds. I am sure there are exceptions, but only few and far in between. Be wise and discerning in your choices today. Look at their track records, examine how they performed in school, how they related with you before the campaign period. Scrutinize their character, values, honor, and integrity. Do not vote for actors, boxers, and basketball players who have nothing in between their ears. There are good ones of course, but they are rare gems. Find them.
Reject all trapos, report all vote-buying and guard the election process. The polls are too important to be left entirely in the hands of the Comelec. It is our future at stake.
