OCCUPY CONDOS! What is going on with this condo project?

An EAR said he bought an air-conditioning unit for his apartment after he was assured the occupancy permit had been approved. However, a month later he was told to uninstall the AC unit because someone in the government had not approved the permit and they are afraid inspectors might fine them if they saw AC units in floors not cleared for occupancy.

"Naa pa tingali wa na-bribe nga opisyal," the source complained.
