Life is like music! As we start to chart our lives this 2018 – remember, we create the notes, choose the lyrics, adjust the tempo of our life’s music -- as we toil and grind each day. The music of life is a collection of events happy and sad, rough and smooth, tough and pleasant, inspiring and despairing at times.
Life is made up of memories! Memories worth reliving, memories we hastily bury deep in the dustbin of forgetfulness. Memories comprise the music of our lives – the tapestry woven to form the mosaic of life... echoing our sentiments, aspirations, love, hope, faith. We are our music!
Though we compose life’s music individually, there are music that intertwine us together – the Marawi crisis, the drug menace, disastrous calamities, etc. The unbridled greed for wealth and lust for lasting power... roots of the economic and political malaise severely afflicting our beloved nation. It’s the music nobody wants to hear ever again!
As we compose our life music, ardently pray that men and women, cloak in shining armour of HONESTY, INTEGRITY, PATRIOTISM, DEDICATION... will emerge to lead and usher in abundant blessings for all Filipinos.
