Thoughts to guide us by

As we celebrate the month of hearts in this age of predominantly stressed-out-and-unhappy hearts, let us closely look in the heart of a child and delve deeply in what makes a child happy.

A child’s heart is pure – devoid of emotional baggage! Does not harbor negative feelings long as they are dropped as easily as they come. The longer one holds on to negative emotion, pain and hurt are prolonged, and the burden heavier. They taxed our hearts unnecessarily, and our well-being compromised!

A child’s heart is simple; needs with simple needs… that are within reach. Easy to please.

A child’s heart is relaxed and laughs more easily. He can laugh at almost anything… even to himself!

A happy heart is a loving heart. It shares and gives love and happiness… they come back to the giver multiple times, makes the daily grind lighter and vibrant. Helps endure sadness, opens one’s soul and above all, ease pain…

Peace and abundance to us all!!!
