City vehicles

RESIST. Several barangay officials resisted the memo of Acting Mayor Margot Osmeña recalling all city government vehicles issued to them by suspended mayor Mike Rama. But a barangay official told The Ear that it is appropriate to return those vehicles to the Cebu City Hall because the issuance was done based on who was the favorite of the mayor, not the exigency of service and necessity.

RETURN. This barangay councilman said that there are city government vehicles issued to barangay captains, and some to former barangay captains who no longer hold public office, but are close to the suspended mayor. "Gihimo ra man gyud na nilang service sa pamilya nila, iuli gyud na nila (They make these vehicles for family use. They should return them)" this councilman, told The Ear.
