Sympathy for the girl

PTA MEETING. Members of a Parents-Teachers Association had an emergency meeting after the “outbreak” of the sex scandal story involving a college coed and her boyfriend. The officers of the association urged the members to consider the scandal a wakeup call for parents without elaborating.

SYMPATHY. The PTA members did not condemn the student but instead expressed compassion for her. An Ear informer said the members of the association ended their meeting with a prayer seeking God’s blessing for the girl and her parents in their moment of mental torture.
