MANILA, Philippines — Thirty-five artworks created by inmates from various facilities under the Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) are on display at the Manila Clock Tower Museum.

Titled “Her brush, her story: The hues of a woman,” the exhibit opened on June 13 and will run until July 18.

It features a collection of paintings that reflect the journeys, emotions and hopes of the women artists serving time in BuCor facilities.

The exhibit was organized by BuCor in partnership with the Philippine Women Judges Association, led by Supreme Court Associate Justice Amy Lazaro-Javier.
