7 kilos of shabu seized in Bulacan; 5 arrested

CAMP ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan, Philippines — A joint operation of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and Bulacan police led to the seizure of seven kilos of shabu from five drug suspects during a sting in Malolos City on Saturday.

Col. Satur Ediong, Bulacan police director, identified two of the suspects by the aliases Jocelyn and Carlos. He did not name the remaining three people as they are students.

The five, now under PDEA custody, were arrested at Maunlad Homes in Barangay Tikay after dealing with operatives for the sale of illegal drugs.
