Woman reported missing in Bulacan found dead

Ramon Efren Lazaro - The Philippine Star

MALOLOS, Philippines — A woman reported missing in Guiguinto, Bulacan on Saturday was found dead near a creek on Tuesday.

A report sent to Col. Charlie Cabradilla, acting Bulacan police director, identified the victim as Princess Dianne Dayor, 24.

The body of the victim was discovered near a creek in front of the houses of Celso Hernandez, barangay captain of Tikay in Malolos, and Aries Javier, chairman of Barangay Tabang in Guiguinto.

As this developed, Cabradilla warned the public of social media reports about missing females aged 13 years and above.

He said a majority of the incidents were due to domestic issues and the girls have either been located or returned home.

“We must exercise accountability... particularly when publishing content to social media networks. This may cause confusion, fear and disorder in our community,” Cabradilla said.
