Fair weather in next 3 days – Pagasa
MANILA, Philippines — Most parts of the country are forecast to experience fair weather in the next three days, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said yesterday.
PAGASA said the low-pressure area that brought rain in parts of the Visayas and Mindanao is expected to dissipate.
The affected areas and the rest of the country would experience fair weather once the weather disturbance is gone, PAGASA said.
However, the southwest monsoon or habagat will continue to bring scattered rains and thunderstorms toward the afternoon and at night.
PAGASA said Metro Manila will have fair weather, with temperatures ranging from 25 to 34 degrees Celsius.
The state weather bureau declared the start of the rainy season on May 18.
Though still weak, PAGASA said the southwest monsoon is the dominant weather system affecting the country.
