Makati’s most wanted fugitive falls

MANILA, Philippines — Makati City’s most wanted fugitive, who is facing murder charges, was arrested yesterday.

Errol John Bautista, 26, was collared at his residence at the corner of J.P. Rizal Avenue Extension and Lawton Avenue in Barangay West Rembo at around 12:20 p.m., Southern Police District director Brig. Gen. Jimili Macaraeg said.

Bautista is the subject of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Ricardo Moldez II of the Makati Regional Trial Court Branch 235 on Feb. 8 for two counts of murder, with no bail recommended.
