MANILA, Philippines — A security guard died while two others were wounded after a Chinese man allegedly fired at them in Taguig City, police reported yesterday.

Police have launched a manhunt for the suspect identified as Tan Xing, who reportedly fled in a stolen gray Honda City car with license plate DR-2911.

Tan allegedly shot dead a security guard of a condominium in Barangay Ususan.

Lt. Wilfredo Tanquerido Jr., chief of the Taguig police investigation section, said Tan was being escorted out of the condominium by three security guards after he made a scene with three companions.

Before reaching the gate of the condominium, the suspect allegedly fired, hitting the security guard who died at the scene.
