2 nabbed for fixing at PSA

MANILA, Philippines — Two men believed to be fixers at the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) were arrested in Quezon City on Monday.

Rogelio Navidad Jr. and Rolly Cuaderno, both 31, were apprehended by the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group and the Anti-Red Tape Authority in front of the PSA gate along East Avenue at around 10:40 a.m.

Navidad is being held on charges of violating Republic Act 11032 or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act and falsification of a public document while Cuaderno is facing obstruction of justice charges.
