Michelle Zoleta - The Philippine Star

AURORA, Philippines — Six of eight municipalities in this province recorded zero COVID case on Sunday, according to the local emergency operations center.

Of the eight towns, only Casiguran and Maria Aurora logged COVID cases with one and two, respectively, the provincial government said in a post on social media.

Although the number of cases continues to drop, the provincial government advised residents to remain vigilant and continue observing minimum health protocols.

Central Luzon, which includes the province of Aurora, is under less strict Alert Level 2 from Dec. 1 to 15.
