MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) resumed on Friday night repair works along EDSA and España Boulevard in Manila.

The following roads are being repaired, according to DPWH Secretary Roger Mercado: España Boulevard (from Extramadura to M. dela Fuente streets); C.P. Garcia Francisco to Aguinaldo streets (second lane from sidewalk); EDSA Tramo Flyover-Aurora Boulevard (Tramo off-ramp) in Pasay City and EDSA (second lane from sidewalk, northbound) from before Annapolis street to before Boni Serrano flyover.

He said the repairs were given clearance by the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority and motorists should take alternate routes until the affected roads are reopened at 5 a.m. on Monday.
