2 Africans, Pinay nabbed; P3.4 million shabu seized in Cavite

MANILA, Philippines — Two African men and a Filipina were caught with P3.4 million worth of shabu in a sting in General Trias, Cavite on Tuesday.

Stephen Michaels, 36, a native of Ghana; Agbe Monday Patrick, 27, of Nigeria, and call center agent Roca Kaylene Glynnis Mejia, 30, were apprehended by joint teams of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency and Philippine National Police.

Authorities said 500 grams of shabu, a .45-caliber pistol with bullets, a cell phone and a gray Nissan Almera were recovered from the suspects.
