2 teens hacked to death in Leyte

TACLOBAN CITY, Philippines — A man went on a hacking spree following an argument with his partner over money in Barangay Barayong in Palo, Leyte on Monday, killing two of his  stepchildren.

Police identified the fatalities as Angeline Rosillo, 17, and Angelo Rosillo, 13.

Jocelyn Rosillo, 33, and her infant child were in critical condition at the Eastern Visayas Regional Medical Center.

A manhunt for the suspect, Guillermo Latorre, 33, is underway.
