Caloocan barangays on lockdown

MANILA, Philippines — Portions of nine barangays in Caloocan were placed under granular lockdown due to the rising cases of COVID-19, according to city hall.

Select streets in Barangay 123, 179 and 89 are on lockdown until Thursday. Portions of Barangay 141 are on lockdown until Friday.

The whole of Barangay 7 is on total lockdown until Saturday.

Portions of Barangay 157 and 173 are on lockdown until Saturday, while portions of 176 and 177 are on lockdown until Sunday.

Mass testing will be done to trace positive cases, and relief goods will be provided to the affected residents, Mayor Oscar Malapitan said.
