Elderly dies in Pangasinan vehicular mishap

LINGAYEN, Philippines — A 74-year-old woman died after she was hit by a motorcycle in Rosales town in this province yesterday.

Germinigilda Guerson died while undergoing treatment at the Dr. Chan Hospital.

Driver Anthony Jerick Dale Ramolete, 29, who suffered minor injuries, was taken to the Eastern Pangasinan District Hospital for treatment. He was later brought to the police station for questioning.

Investigation showed that Guerson was crossing the highway in Barangay San Pedro West when she figured in the accident.
