MMDA: Truck ban lifted until May 14

MANILA, Philippines — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has extended the suspension of the truck ban in Metro Manila until May 14.

In an advisory, the MMDA said the suspension would be to “ensure the unhampered movement of essential goods” after the government decided to place Metro Manila and nearby areas under modified enhanced community quarantine anew.
