4 dead in CamSur road mishap

MANILA, Philippines — Four persons died while five others were injured when a van slammed into a tree in Sipocot, Camarines Sur yesterday.

Driver Raul Bea reportedly lost control of the wheel as they were traveling in Barangay Tara at around 1 p.m.

Bea and his passengers – Mark Vincent Bellen, Cesar Beronio and John Dave Brozelas – died at the scene.

Rushed to the Bicol Medical Center for treatment were Marites Abante, Joan Bayaban, Analiza Brozelas, Efraim Ceriola and Glenda Mendoza.

The victims were on their way to Albay from Metro Manila when they figured in the accident.
