Go aids trike drivers in Quezon City

MANILA, Philippines — Sen. Bong Go distributed assistance to members of the Batasan Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association (TODA) in Quezon City on Monday.

Around 300 members of Batasan TODA, led by president Charlie Mangune, were provided meals, food packs, masks, face shields and vitamins at the Quezon City Polytechnic University.

It was the second batch of beneficiaries from the Batasan TODA members assisted by Go as his team initially visited them on Oct. 5.

Go lauded the efforts of Reps. Precious Castelo of District 2 and Jesus Suntay of District 4 and Councilors Winston Castelo and Mikey Belmonte of District 2.

He also lauded the efforts of Barangay Batasan Hills captain Jojo Abad, the barangay councilors, Quezon City Police District director Brig. Gen. Danilo Macerin and QCPD Station 6 commander Lt. Col. Romulus Gadaoni.
