New Ilocos Sur cop chief assumes post

DAGUPAN CITY, Philippines — The Ilocos Sur police has a new commander.

Brig. Gen. Rodolfo Azurin, Ilocos region police director, installed Col. Wilson Doromal as the new Ilocos Sur police chief on Friday.

Doromal, former director of the Highway Patrol Group-National Capital Region office, replaced Col. Ronald Tagao.

Doromal vowed to make every police officer in Ilocos Sur a perfect example of a “Pulis na Responsable, Respetado at Disiplinado.”
