Bong Go aids Pandi market vendors

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines — The office of Sen. Bong Go has distributed packed meals, food packs, face masks and face shields to 374 vendors at the Pandi public market in Bulacan.

Go’s team also handed out bicycles to selected recipients to help them in their daily commute to work as well as tablets to help their children adapt to blended learning.

The Department of Social Welfare and Development gave financial assistance and additional food packs. Representatives from the Department of Trade and Industry assessed those eligible for their livelihood assistance.

Go vowed to continue to reach out and extend assistance to Filipinos in crisis situations.
