Baguio resident, 106, beats COVID-19

BAGUIO CITY, Philippines — A 106-year-old resident of Barangay Irisan in this city has recovered from the coronavirus disease 2019.
City health services officer Rowena Galpo said the patient, who was confined for 11 days at the Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center, was discharged yesterday.
Galpo said the patient, who developed mild symptoms, tested positive for the virus on Oct. 9.
