Man found dead in car trunk

LAGUNA, Philippines — The body of a man was discovered in the trunk of a car abandoned along the road in Barangay Lawa, Calamba City yesterday.

The man who has yet to be identified was described to be around 40 years old.

Scene of the Crime Operatives and Explosives Ordnance Division personnel were dispatched to the area after blood was seen dripping from the rear part of a heavily tinted Kia Picanto.

An investigation is ongoing.
