MANILA, Philippines — A bettor from Valenzuela City won the Grand Lotto 6/55 jackpot amounting to P128.3 million, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) announced yesterday.

Royina Garma, PCSO general manager, said the lone winner picked the six-digit winning combination 02-12-22-27-03-29, which carried a total prize of P128,397,144.80.

Garma said 43 other bettors would receive a consolation prize of P100,000 each after guessing five digits of the winning combination.

The Grand Lotto jackpot of P80.7 million was last won in January by a bettor from San Pablo City, Laguna.

The PCSO suspended lotto games from March to August after the government enforced enhanced community quarantine to contain the spread of COVID-19.

The Grand Lotto is drawn every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.
