Mild aftershock jolts Masbate

MANILA, Philippines — A magnitude 3.2 earthquake shook Masbate yesterday.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said the temblor occurred at around 12:04 p.m., with its epicenter traced some 26 kilometers northwest of Cataingan.
It was felt at Intensity 3 in Cataingan.
Phivolcs said the quake was an aftershock of the magnitude 6.6 quake that hit the town on Aug. 18.
