Las Piñas records 70 COVID-19 cases

MANILA, Philippines — Las Piñas posted 70 fresh cases of coronavirus disease 2019 on Sunday, bringing to 1,419 the total number of COVID-19 infections in the city.

The city health department said most of the cases were recorded in Barangay Pulanglupa 1 with 14 and Barangay CAA-BF International with 10.

The youngest COVID-19 patients are two teenage boys while the oldest is a 73-year-old man.

A female doctor was among the new COVID-19 cases in the city, the city health office said.
