14 nabbed for shabu
MANILA, Philippines — Drug suspects continued with their illegal trade despite the enhanced community quarantine as police arrested 14 people during separate stings in Metro Manila in the past two days.
In Caloocan City, nine suspects were nabbed in anti-narcotics operations that yielded at least P1.46 million worth of shabu.
Mark Titoy, Jayson Urbano, Allan Clavecillas, Ronaldo Rodriguez and Juan Paolo Delfin were apprehended in Barangay 119 for alleged possession of 51 grams of shabu.
Suspected drug pushers Charisma Ycasas and Marilou Mariano were collared in another sting in Barangay 18.
Police said they recovered around 65 grams of shabu from the suspects.
Diogenes Mariano Jr. and Bryan Singueo were arrested in drug stings in Maypajo and Barangay 185, respectively.
Police said they confiscated over P350,000 worth of shabu from five suspects in Pasay, Muntinlupa and Taguig.
