Magnitude 4.1 quake hits Zamboanga del Sur

MANILA, Philippines — A magnitude 4.1 earthquake jolted Zamboanga del Sur yesterday, according to the Philipine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs).

The tremor occurred at around 8:48 a.m., with its epicenter located 32 kilometers southeast of Tabina town.

It was felt at Intensity 2 in Cotabato City.

Phivolcs said no damage or aftershocks were expected from the quake.
