‘Bikoy’ had anxiety attack – PNP

Emmanuel Tupas - The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines — Peter Joemel Advincula, who claims to be “Bikoy” in the “Ang Totoong Narcolist” videos, was discharged from the Philippine National Police (PNP) General Hospital, where he was brought on Saturday due to chest pains.

PNP spokesman Brig, Gen. Bernard Banac said Advincula was discharged from the hospital at Camp Crame in Quezon City at around 2 a.m. after physicians gave him a clean bill of health.

Advincula was brought to the emergency room of the hospital after complaining of trouble breathing and chest pains.

But after undergoing tests, Advincula turned out was only suffering from anxiety disorder.

“His health condition is now normal. The final diagnosis was anxiety disorder,” Banac said in a statement.

Advincula has accused opposition figures, including Vice President Leni Robredo, of a plot to oust President Duterte from office.

Lawyers from the Free Legal Assistance Group accused by Advincula have filed counter-charges against him for perjury and offering false testimony.
