Man nabbed for raping 4 daughters

LINGAYEN, Pangasinan, Philippines — A man accused of raping his four daughters was arrested in San Carlos City in this province on Thursday after almost a year in hiding.

Lt. Col. Rollyfer Capoquian, San Carlos police chief, said the suspect is facing six counts of rape and three counts of acts of lasciviousness filed by his daughters aged 22, 20, 19 and 16.

Capoquian said the man started raping his eldest daughter when she was 16 and whenever her mother was not home.

The victims were accompanied by their mother when they filed charges in August last year.

The suspect reportedly hid in Quezon City after the court issued a warrant for his arrest in September.
