CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna, Philippines — Criminal complaints were filed yesterday against six Chinese men and their Filipino cohort in connection with the kidnapping of 11 Chinese in Kawit and Noveleta in Cavite.

Corpuz said Rufino Setenta, 42, was charged with illegal possession of firearms and serious illegal detention.
The suspects are alleged members of a loan shark gang preying on casino players.
