Cagayan judge loses P3 million jewelry to robbers

TUGUEGARAO, Cagayan – The presiding judge of the regional trial court in this city lost his jewelry worth P3 million to robbers who broke into his house in Barangay Leonardo on Monday.

Jezarene Aquino, 61, told police that he found his back door destroyed when he arrived at around 5 p.m.

Aquino said his jewelry, which he kept in his cabinet, were missing.

A manhunt for the suspect, whom the judge has identified, is ongoing.
